An enthusiastic and passionate sports professional with over 20 years of progressive experience in basketball with youth and adults; beginning first as a college player, transitioning to an AAU coach, middle and high school coach and subsequently establishing a local ABA team and Sports Academy. Strengths include developing systems that facilitate professional and personal skill development in players and assisting clients in meeting fitness goals. Seeking a position that utilizes the vision, achievements, skills, strategic thinking and leadership abilities that enable me to consistently exceed goals.

• Assists the Head Basketball coach with instructing players in the rules, regulations, equipment, and

techniques of the sport

• Organizes and directs individual and small group practice activities/exercises as directed by the Head

• Organize and supervise the basketball program for both the Kitsap Admirals and Sports Academy • Responsible for scheduling training times, securing locations and coordinating the practice schedule • Develop program budgets, coordinate travel arrangements and obtain scholarship assistance for qualified athletes.

• Facilitate basketball skills clinics for athlete skill development and injury prevention •

Perform pre-season and postseason assessments.

Cardell Butler was one of the most prolific scorers in San Mateo High School’s basketball history. As a junior, he was selected First Team All-Peninsula Athletic League, Player of the Year in the PAL, and First Team All San Mateo County. As a senior, he led the Bearcats to a PAL championship with a 28-3 record, placed 2nd in the Division III Central Coast Section championship, and went to the quarterfinals of the Division III Northern California championships. In his senior year, Butler averaged 32.4 points, 11 rebounds, and 5 assists per game while playing point guard, shooting guard, power forward, and center. He was named the Most Valuable Player of the PAL and the San Mateo County MVP and Player of the Year 1999. Butler was one of the youngest members inducted into the San Mateo High School Hall of Fame in 2009.

He went on to play basketball for Southern Idaho Junior College and led the team to a league championship while receiving All-Region Honors. In 2001, Butler received a full athletic scholarship to play for Utah State. As a senior in 2003-2004, he helped lead his team to a 22-2 overall and 14-1 conference record while averaging 14.1 PPG.


After Utah State, Butler played basketball overseas in Brazil, China, Korea, Singapore, and Europe as well as with the And1 Tour in the U.S.


In 2007, Butler began his conventional professional basketball career playing with the San Diego Wildcats of the American Basketball Association. In his first year with the team, he led the league by averaging 33 PPG and made the All-Star squad.


A couple years later, Butler returned to The Bay Area to play for the San Francisco Rumble of the ABA for the next 4 years.


In 2009, Butler broke his foot going up for a dunk during the SF ProAm Summer League. Refusing to believe his career was over, he maintained his focus and energy into returning to the court, and it paid off. The following summer, Butler was named League MVP for the SF ProAm League in 2010.


In 2018, Butler averaged 26 PPG for the San Francisco City Cats and was one of the key players to lead the team to an undefeated regular season record of 20-0.


In late 2019, an undisclosed foot injury kept him out for the next season.


From 2021-2022, Butler played in The Basketball League (TBL) for the California Sea Kings (2021) and the Bakersfield Magic (2022). He also played in the TBL Summer Leagues in Las Vegas, NV.


In 2023, Butler has played in overseas tournaments in Mexico (Tijuana Basketball Invitational) and the United Kingdom (The World Club Basketball Tournament).

Jalisa has worked with the Little Rock Lightning, Charlotte Purple Jackets, and Coastal Georgia Buccaneers of The Basketball League (TBL). She is from Little Rock, Arkansas, and credits her hometown team with helping her become the leader she is today in both the marketing and business worlds.

Jalisa is also involved with an organization called "The HBU Movement" as Director of Marketing and Sales. She is a graduate of Arkansas Baptist College in Little Rock, Arkansas, where she earned her Associate Degree in General Studies/Business. She also graduated from Prairie View A&M University with her Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology.


Jalisa has learned how to create sponsorship opportunities that are attractive to the community and how to develop long-term relationships with each partner. Her extensive network skills have created an enriching environment in Little Rock, Arkansas and across the U.S. to share resources to young women diverse approaches together to expand women's and young girl's empowerment and influence around the world we influence today.


Jalisa's goals and aspirations are to become the NBA or WNBA

Dr. Sean Joseph has been promoting wellness as a Chiropractic Physician for over a decade.

Dr. Sean Joseph has been promoting wellness as a Chiropractic Physician for over a decade.

A graduate of the National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, Illinois, Dr. Joseph holds degrees in biological sciences, human biology and chiropractic medicine. Although not practicing Acupuncture in Washington, Dr. Joseph has completed over 200 in-class hours and more than 9500 clinical hours in Acupuncture.

His passion is treating patients struggling with musculoskeletal and neurological pain and restoring them to a better way of life.

Dr. Joseph is an avid mountain biker, skier, competitive volleyball player and holds a black belt in karate.

He traveled throughout North America, competing with some of today’s leading martial arts professionals.

His clinical and field background includes working with martial arts schools, athletic clubs and high schools in the Chicagoland and the Kitsap County areas, semi-pro and professional athletes, Fortune 500 executives and celebrities. He was one of the first Chiropractors on staff at St. Alexius Medical Center, in Hoffman Estates, Illinois, as a Allied Health Professional. Dr. Joseph was also a treating clinician for the 2009 Dew Action Tour in Chicago and is currently working with the WestSound Triathlon Club and the Kitsap Tri Babes. Dr. Joseph has been the treating Chiropractor for the 2013 Seattle Tour for Country Superstar/Singer/Song Writer, Kenny Chesney. Dr. Joseph is currently the Chief Medical Director for the Kitsap Admirals Professional Basketball Team, Kitsap County’s first professional basketball organization.

A loving husband and active father of three, Dr. Joseph hopes to inspire his patients to a healthy lifestyle.
